A Dream Born From Passion in 2022

As we immersed ourselves in the real estate market and completed extensive training in 2023, we realised we had the foundation to create something more. By 2024, we officially launched our business, focusing on short-term rentals through platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.

We are a husband-and-wife team with a shared love for creating comfortable, inviting spaces. Our goal has always been to provide travellers with home-like experiences, carefully curating each property to feel more than just a temporary stay. As travellers ourselves, we understand the value of staying in a thoughtfully designed, well-managed space, which inspired us to start MDS HAVEN LTD.

As a family-run business, we take a personal approach to every aspect of our operations. From managing bookings to ensuring each property is perfectly prepared, we are involved in every detail. Our hands-on approach ensures that guests feel happy, cared for, and receive the individual attention that makes their stay memorable.

While we currently manage the business ourselves, we work closely with trusted partners such as cleaning services, maintenance professionals, and property managers to maintain the highest standards across all of our properties. As we grow, we plan to expand into additional property ventures like House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) management and property flipping. We are excited about the future and the opportunities ahead.
